Fortnite Reload: Review

Fortnite Reload is the new game mode, which was recently released!

And here we have an island with some of the most iconic locations in the game.

From Tilted Towers, Retail Row and Pleasant Park, places that gained popularity during the classic seasons.

Reload is similar than "OG" game mode, bringing more visceral and raw confrontations, without vehicles (since the island is reduced in size) and with respawn for a good part of the match.

This allows players to return without having to have their allies restart. It then takes about 30 seconds to return to the island.

Another detail is that, if there is 1 player left alive, if the respawn is still occurring, the other members of the squad can return after the 30 second timers for each of them.

The game mode is very good, as it offers open exchanges of gunfire, without having vehicles or worrying about the current meta of the official map (which has a very Mad Max vibe).

At the end of the match the restart is blocked and here the matches get crazier.

I'm worried that the game mode will be temporary, but I think it will be permanent, especially with its initial popularity, surpassing 1 million simultaneous players this Saturday.

Fortnite Reload is available for both Zero Build and Battle Royale.
